In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within it's warranty period, we will happily replace it with a new one. We strive to provide the best possible products, so we take failures seriously and will endeavour to replace or refund your purchase as quickly as we can.
To provide the best possible customer service we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
Please first contact us on 702.651.1118 or contact us here so we can help you with any issues you're having. If you let us know you want to return your product we will issue with a return reference number and further instructions.
If we determine your product is faulty we will provide a shipping label to help return it back to us.
Once you have determined you want to return your purchase and have received your return reference number, please contunue to pack up your return, taking care to ensure the following is completed.
